1. General Refund Policy
- All payments made toward course enrollment, service subscriptions, or other offerings provided by Web Wisez are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This includes cases of:
- Course cancellation by the participant.
- Failure to attend or complete the course.
- Dissatisfaction with the course or service after enrollment.
2. Payment Confirmation
- Once a payment is made and confirmed, it is considered final. Participants are encouraged to clarify all doubts regarding the course or service before proceeding with payment.
3. Course Rescheduling or Replacement
- In exceptional cases, participants may request rescheduling or transferring to a future batch, subject to management approval.
- Requests must be submitted in writing and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply.
4. Service Interruptions
- In case of unforeseen technical issues or interruptions caused by Web Wisez, we will take all necessary steps to resolve the matter but will not issue refunds.
5. Policy Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of services, including partial attendance of a course or early termination of a service contract.
